Kia Taiwan Encourages Mindful Eating Through ‘Turn Food into Gold’ Initiative

At Kia Taiwan (Sime Motors), People Experience (PX) Department is committed to bringing the “Care for All” core value to life. To encourage everyone to practice self-care through mindful eating, Kia Taiwan (Sime Motors) launched the year-long “Healthy Point Collection: Turn Food into Gold” initiative.

How the Challenge Works:
It all starts with something simple – a healthy lunch. Each meal is a step toward better living and with every mindful choice, employees will earn points along the way. If employees practice eating three nutritious meals in a single week, points for that week will double. A way in turning consistency into reward. For every 20 points collected, there will be NT$100 gift voucher rewarded to employees. In addition to vouchers after the completion of the whole year program, in every quarter, one person will be crowned as the “Diet & Health Points Champion”.

Congratulations to Oligo Fan for being named as the first Diet & Health Points Champion! Over the past three months, he has demonstrated incredible execution. His discipline and consistency with every meal have been truly inspiring to us all—a well-deserved honour!

To celebrate this achievement, Kia Taiwan has prepared a special “Nutritious & Healthy Energy Supply Pack.”
