Hyundai IONIQ 5 Asean Tour “Go Far with Zero Worries”

Spanning five Southeast Asian countries, the IONIQ 5 Asean Tour "Go Far with Zero Worries" served as a testament for the Hyundai IONIQ 5, showcasing its reliability, eco-friendliness and impressive long-distance capabilities. The exhilarating 11-day journey reached its final destination at Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam after travelling through Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia across a total journey of 3197km.

Bon Experience by Sime Darby Auto Bavaria

One of the most notable long-distance EV journeys was the historic convoy organised by Bon Estates in collaboration Sime Darby Auto Bavaria, known as the "Bon Experience." This event featured these two models - BMW iX50 and iX40 traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Johor, showcasing the technology, range capabilities and comfort to take on this journey. The convoy demonstrated the impressive range these EVs can go as well as its charging efficiency, utilising charging infrastructure available along the route.

Driving Dreams with the Porsche Taycan

Another notable long-distance EV travel features the all-electric sports car, Porsche Taycan. Driving dreams with the Taycan spotlights on an all-female group who embarked on a long-distance journey, guided through picturesque landscape and iconic landmarks. The Taycan travelled through seven states within 12 hours from south to north of Malaysia. Synonymous with driving dreams, the Taycan has proven its reliability for an exhilaring driving experience and long-distance journeys.
