Sime Darby Motors prioritises the safety and wellbeing of employees - this ties with Sime Darby’s core value – Care for All. We are committed to a strong safety culture and are constantly reminded of its importance at the workplace. Recently, the Managing Director of Sime Darby Motors, Andrew Basham and Safety Culture Facilitator at Sime Darby Motors, Viknesh Ramachandram hosted an engaging safety session to share the importance of safety at workplace. Both shared their personal safety incidents and experiences during the session. This session gave the opportunity to introduce our colleagues to Sime Darby’s SELF programme, a safety culture that prioritises safety measures and well-being of employees. It was a rewarding session with colleagues sharing their own safety stories and the group gaining a deeper appreciation for safety.
