The high-revving 3.0 L BMW M TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder in-line engine has doubled the maximum output and torque for the new BMW M3 Competition M xDrive Sedan and M3 Competition M xDrive Touring, adding 15 kW/20hp over the last version and maximum torque extended range of 230 rpm for exceptional performance. For brakes, the BMW M3 Sedan Manual, M3 Competition M xDrive Sedan and M3 Competition M xDrive Touring all feature the standard M Compound brakes with the stunning 6-piston red calipers on the front axle and single-piston floating calipers on the rear, with larger, heat-resistant brake discs that deliver uncompromising stopping power.
