Tintin ensures every vehicle looks spotless and sparkly clean. "My job is to ensure Corefleet cars are all clean, so they are ready for the next customer”.

Handling technical issues such as intermittent equipment malfunctions alongside the site specific conditions required extra care and attention. Despite these challenges, she continued to tackle it head-on with determination. "After five years, I’m still working to conquer it," she says.

As for Tintin, her challenge was removing red dirt that coats the vehicles from a remote mining town. “It’s a really tough job, but with the right equipment and support, I’m able to get it done. At the end, these vehicles look pristine and as clean as new.”

Michelle and Tintin share a common goal which is to continue contributing to their best that will lead to the success of their teams. “I enjoy working together and supporting the team. It gives me a great sense of achievement and it is important provide clean vehicles for our customers as part of delivering good customer service,” Tintin says. Michelle echoes this sentiment: “I’d like to be a part and see the ongoing success of Corefleet.”
