Kia Taiwan invested over NT$100 million, following Kia’s new CI 2.0 standards and Kia Store concept, to build a flagship store with a total usable area of nearly 5,290 square metres. Centred on a holistic customer journey, it becomes Taiwan’s first all-round Kia display and service centre.

The store’s design is inspired by the dialogue between nature and humanity. The exterior features a clean and grand monochrome palette, while the interior uses warm wood tones to create a comfortable atmosphere, embodying Kia’s “Opposites United” design philosophy. The site spans 54.7 meters in width and 47.6 meters in depth, with nearly 5,290 square metres of space. The first-floor showroom can simultaneously display nine new cars, showcasing the full Kia lineup, including an exclusive “EV Zone” and a wall displaying Kia’s ten sustainable materials. It also includes private consultation spaces and a VIP delivery room, offering a quiet and thoughtful environment for car viewing and consultation. Behind the showroom is a spacious lounge area with a children’s play zone and a book wall featuring selections in humanities, classics, arts and finance, complemented by Starbucks coffee service for a relaxing Kia experience.

The flagship store integrates passenger/commercial vehicle display and maintenance services. The service workshop features Taiwan’s largest 14 dedicated bays, a dedicated EV maintenance area and battery preparation centre, and VR technology for efficient technician training, enhancing after-sales service capacity. On the second floor is Taiwan’s first “Kia Select Certified Used Cars” physical location with space to display up to 6 vehicles. Kia Select offers over 100 rigorous inspections and follows the same preparation procedures as new cars. The store connects the entire ownership journey—from new car display, test drives, consultation, maintenance and after-sales service to certified used car display and consultation—making it the most comprehensive Kia display and service centre in Taiwan, offering every Kia owner a premium mobility experience.
