Performance Motors Limited Singapore Celebrates its 45 Years with a Memorable Retreat
The Performance Motors Limited (PML) Singapore team recently enjoyed a three-day retreat at Club Med Bintan in Indonesia to celebrate their 45th anniversary. The team enjoyed a variety of beach activities and games such as beach volleyball and stand-up paddleboarding that fostered teamwork and camaraderie.
A highlight of the retreat was the Long Service Awards (LSAs) ceremony, where 42 PML employees were honoured for their 5 to 35 years commitment to the company, celebrating their contributions to PML’s success.
Managing Director of PML, Lawrence Tan reflected on the company’s achievements and highlighted PML’s progress in the first half of the year. He also noted the PML’s goal to position BMW as Singapore’s top luxury brand and the leading BMW dealer which is progressing well.
Tan also praised the Motorrad team for their achievement in winning the Best Importer of the Year Award at the BMW Motorrad Excellence Awards Night for the R3 (SEA, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea) region. He recognised the collective effort and dedication of the entire PML team, emphasising that the company’s success is a result of their combined efforts.
The retreat concluded on a positive note, with Lawrence expressing his optimism about the future and reaffirming PML’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences for both customers and employees.
