Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hong Kong Presents: Exploring New Expressions of Chinese Wines

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hong Kong recently hosted an intimate evening of discovery for a select group of wine-loving clients, spotlighting the rising sophistication of Chinese fine wines from Qiu Shan Valley in Penglai—often hailed as the “Bordeaux of China.”

Set against the timeless elegance of Rolls-Royce motor cars, the evening unfolded as a sensorial journey through taste and artistry. Guests savoured a curated selection of limited-production reds and whites from Mystic Island Winery, each expressing the coastal region’s distinct character. Adding a visual flourish were two oil paintings by Belgian artist Barbara Cox—commissioned exclusively for the winery’s prestige labels.

The Founder and the Chief Winemaker of Mystic Island shared personal insights into viticulture, winemaking philosophy and the brand’s commitment to local community development. The exchange sparked thoughtful conversations and left guests with impressions as refined and enduring as the marque itself.
