The annual Rolls-Royce Sales Excellence Competition led by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars China, commenced in May earlier this year.
In the first round of nationwide selections, all customer-facing roles at dealerships across China and frontline sales staff underwent comprehensive assessments of their brand and product knowledge through multiple rounds of evaluation, including online tests, product introduction videos and High Touch customer experience case studies.
After more than four months of intense competition, Mr. Sam Yu, Customer Relations Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Macau, representing the Hong Kong and Macau region was shortlisted as the top 20 finalists, out of 240 participants nationwide.
Sam remarked the invaluable experience he gained from his participation, especially engaging with sales staff from various regions. The Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hong Kong and Macau team takes immense pride in his accomplishment.
