Sime Motors Celebrates the Spirit of Winning Together with 45th Anniversary Run
Malaysia, 26 October 2025 - On a Sunday morning, the sun peeked over the horizon, casting a golden glow on Sime Motors City. The air buzzed with excitement as runners of all ages gathered at the race village, laced up and ready for the challenge ahead. Some aimed for 10km route whereas the others opted for the 5km. But this wasn’t just any race; it was a celebration of togetherness and the power of perseverance.
Everyone sported matching shirts and sleepy toddlers nestled in strollers added a heartwarming touch to the scene. Before the flag off, a trainer took the stage to lead a lively warmup session. Soon after, runners were called to the starting line. As the horn sounded, the crowd surged forward, energised and eager to start the race.
The route wound through tree-lined paths around the serene lake behind Sime Motors City, an ideal setting for families and first-time runners. After circling the lake, runners faced the challenge of grit by ascending the spiralling carpark ramp up to the fourth floor.
The final stretch led runners back to the race village at the open carpark in front of Sime Motors City where cheers, music and medals awaited. Smiles were wide and proud as runners crossed the finish line. Every step is a testament to their journey.
The Sime Motors 45th Anniversary Run was more than a race - it was a canvas for stories of perseverance, family bonds and personal victories. Whether around the like or up the ramp, every step told a story worth celebrating.
