As New Zealand’s leading supplier of cars, trucks and transport solutions, Sime Motors New Zealand (NZ) was proud to be premium sponsor of the 2025 George Begg Festival that took place in Invercargill, New Zealand.
The Sime Motors NZ team had an incredible time at the festival – a true celebration of the golden age of Kiwi motorsport and local motorsport legend, George Begg.

Sime Motors NZ truck brands were on display side-by-side at Teretonga Park Raceway Invercargill showing a selection of the range of premium trucks and solutions offered by the Sime brand.

 
Sime Motors NZ also helped bring the horsepower by inviting the Ferrari Owners Club. Members turned up with an impressive lineup of over 15 Ferraris! In the pits were a fantastic lineup of iconic New Zealand and Australian touring cars, with world-class drivers like Greg Murphy, Hayden Paddon and Steven Richards taking to the track.

The Sime Motors NZ team is especially proud of its partnership with HWR Group – the driving force behind the event. The team was honoured to support this key customer on their home turf, where HWR proudly showcased Volvo and Mack trucks from their fleet.
